Direct supply that is available on demand from the point of water supply.

| Ordinary Supply (on demand) |
Supply of water to residential properties for ordinary household use.

| Extraordinary Supply (on demand) |
Supply of water for all other use apart from ordinary household use.
Examples are:
- Domestic Spa or Swimming Pool
- Domestic Fixed Garden Irrigation
- Commercial and Industrial Use
- Home Based Industry
- Fire Protection Systems
- Temporary or Rural/Out of District Supplies
