Conference Centre

Baycourt Community and Arts Centre services the cultural, social and commercial needs of the Tauranga community. It is available for hire to both local and out of town users. The stunning Centennial Theatre has seating for 589 and is host to many productions throughout the year including youth, not for profit and corporate events. Baycourt’s Exhibition Space and Terraces are ideal for exhibitions, meetings, AGMs, conferences and corporate dinners.

Sports Grounds/Reserves

This includes bookings for events such as a wedding on a beach or in a reserve. There are no fees, all grounds are free and they can be used by anybody who books. If you would like to book for a wedding you should please be aware that this does not give you exclusive use of that area and liquor rules apply (i.e. banned areas, licences etc)

Tauranga City Council has management contracts on the halls and venues available for community use.
