What’s On Publication

What’s On is a very popular publication that customers pick up from Baycourt or receive via our email database. It includes the event, time and date details, price information, and a brief description of the event.

Friends of Baycourt Newsletter

The Friends of Baycourt Newsletter is posted to more than 850 members on a monthly basis. Members are very supportive of events and generate a great response.  All Tauranga TicketDirect events feature in this publication.

Posters and Signage 

Posters are displayed in Baycourt foyer and in the public library window.  We also have space on the exterior of the building for corflute signage (2.4 m x 1.2 m landscape). 

Visual electronic displays 

Events are advertised on a flat screen TV in the Baycourt foyer.

Running a community event? Need to promote it?

Council has recently streamlined the process for booking roadside signs to promote community events.  Signs can be booked at any time on a first come, first served, basis.

Remember to make your booking early as spaces for next year are filling fast.  Application forms and information sheets with details of costs and locations are available from our customer service centre on Willow Street, and Baycourt Theatre reception on Durham Street or you can download a form here (94kb pdf).
