Parking officers issue tickets to encourage a turnover of vehicles in pay and display parking areas and to discourage unsafe parking, such as on broken yellow lines.
They can also issue tickets for no warrant of fitness,or no registration.
If you have been issued with a ticket, please read the summary of rights on the back.
If you wish to dispute the ticket, you will need to write to Council within the timeframe given in the summary of rights. Please include the infringement number noted on the notice.
