Free Saturday Parking
From 2 July, there’s FREE Saturday parking in the city centre and in the parking buildings on Elizabeth Street and Spring Streets. However, signposted parking time limits still apply and parking officers will still be checking for current warrant and registrations.
From 1 July you may also notice some changes to the cost of parking in the city centre during the working week. In some places parking will be cheaper.

$1.00 - $2.00 per hour/$5.50 per day (except Dive Crescent @ $2.50 per day). Monthly pre-paid concession tickets available from Council Customer Service Centre $80.00 per month.
Free on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, However time restrictions still apply on Saturday mornings.
*Please note: The IRD, Masonic and Council Car Parks are 3 Hours Maximum Parking Areas.
