On-licence (BYO endorsed)

If you are applying for a club licence
- 9(1)(e) Sale of Liquor certificate application or resource consent from Environmental Planning (file first)
- Club licence application (file second)
Manager’s certificate application
You may also need a manager's certificate application form if you are not intending to employ a person or persons already holding their manager's certificate.
If you need to renew your on-licence, off-licence, or club-licence
Please note:
- The renewal application must be filed no later than 20 working days before the expiry date of the licence, which is usually one year after the date of issue and then every three years.
- The process is generally the same as for filing a new on-licence.
- Your licence will continue to be in force until the renewal application has been determined.
