Robbins Park on Cliff Road overlooks Dive Crescent and the Tauranga harbour. It is just north of the Historic Monmouth Redoubt and features the Rose Gardens and Tropical Plant Display House.
A reflecting pond in the gardens has a statue of Ceres, goddess of Bounty, on an obsidian base. Fantastic views across the city.
