The Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre (QEYC) is located on the corner of Devonport Road and 11th Avenue beside Memorial Park. It is now a much sought after venue for hosting not only sporting and recreation activities but also minor and major non-sporting events.
The Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre is owned by Tauranga City Council and managed by Tauranga Leisure Ltd. The Memorial Hall forms part of the facility.
