Private Plan Change No 50 updated the planning maps in line with recent development; to reduce the extent of land zoned as medium rise policy areas and residential large lot areas; to address urban design outcomes; replaced Structure Plan 13 with an updated version; and provided amended guidelines for the 15 lots per hectare yield and associated provisions relating to aspects of non compliance, notification, and the developable land definition.
