The LTP (Long Term Plan) looks up to ten years ahead and has detail for the first three years. We also refer to this as the Ten Year Plan. Each year Tauranga City Council still goes through the Annual Plan process to set the budgets for the coming year, fitting within the guidelines of the current LTP.
The LTP is the Council's 'to do' list (called 'activities') plus:
- a summary of the 'big picture'
- financial information
- policies
- information on proposed changes to:
- fees and charges
- rates
- impact fees
- information about 'our city' and 'our council'.
