All of Tauranga City Council's public meetings are advertised in the Bay of Plenty TImes public notices section and on our website.

All meetings are held in the Council Chamber, 91 Willow Street (access off the Tauranga Library Arcade), Tauranga unless specifically notified otherwise.

You can speak to the Council during the Public Forum section of a Council or committee meeting. To do this, you need to let the Democracy Services team know seven working days before the meetings is due to take place. A ten minute speaking time will be allocated to you.
